I am here with you…

It is my firm belief that we are all born awakened and in our fullest authentic expression.
This expression is unique to each and everyone of us.
It is the original vibratory pulse of the universe that reverberate through every cell of our bodies.
The vibration that when it moves through us translates in to characteristics, tendencies, interests, opinions, and of course how we move and act in the world.

When we, as babies or children, are received, nurtured and supported in this expression we thrive in life.
When we learn how to move, when we learn how to make sounds - the vibration is translated into our unique expression. In to our unique way of perceiving and being in the world.
The embodiment of our uniqueness consolidates as we refine our expression through childhood, adolescence and into adulthood.

When we are disregarded, shamed, punished or otherwise not encouraged in our unique expression, we suffer.
The root of the suffering is that we all need to feel that we are worthy, loved and celebrated for who and what we are. We all need to feel that we belong in this world.
We all need to feel that there is a place for us, that our contributions and our uniqueness matter, that our voice and our expression makes a difference.

As sensitive person you, both as a child and as an adult, needed and need more support and nurturing care in life to thrive. The pace and the demands of modern life is more difficult for you as a sensitive to navigate than what it seems to be for other people.
Modern society wasn’t built for us sensitives.
But with self-awareness, slow and consistent practice and care your sensitivity can become your superpower.

I am here with you who feel that you’ve suffered.
You who feel that the uniqueness of you has been buried or lost somewhere along the way.
I am here with you who long to remember, and return to, who and what you are.
You who long to show up for yourself, and for the world, in your unique and authentic human expression.

My philosophy…

In my work I combine three core elements that I think is crucial for the well-being of us sensitive humans.
The Biological Self, The Divine Self (or higher Self), and Embodiment that informs aligned action.

Let’s look at these three core elements…

BIOLOGICAL SELF
This is your physical body, mind-stuff, emotions, instincts and so on.
Everything about you that allows you to be here now reading this text.

The Biological Self is earth bound, animalistic, social, and practical.
It is the parts of you that feel and are driven by pleasure and pain.
The parts that have biological needs, urges, wants and longings.
The Biological Self is deeply instinctual and sensational (sensory driven).
It is form and boundaries.

EMBODIMENT
Is about what is, not what should or could be.
It is the unconscious made conscious.
It is felt sense, presence, awareness and curiosity.

Embodiment is containment and connection existing simultaneously.
It is autonomy and interdependency.
It is existing as a separate someone and as one whole at the same time.
Out of embodiment emerges aligned action.

DIVINE SELF
This is soul, or spirit.
The parts of you that are less tangible and more ethereal.
Less personal and more universal.

The Divine Self is unbound, heavenly, eternal, and intuitive.
It is the parts of you that are drawn to solitude, mysticism, and esoteric practices.
The parts that are creative and intelligent beyond intellect.
The Divine Self is deeply content and undisturbed.
It is formlessness and transcendens.

When we connect our Biological Self and Embodiment we step into the field of personal growth, we build our identity and move into the process of self-actualization.

When we connect our Biological Self and the Divine Self we move into the field of healing, we move towards wholeness, greater self-awareness and community building.

When we connect our Divine Self and Embodiment we step into the field of spiritual growth, we move towards the experience of Oneness and the process of Self-realization.

THE TRIAD OF AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION

When we connect The Biological Self, The Divine Self and Embodiment and Aligned Action we step into the ongoing process of Authentic Expression.
Why the ongoing process?
Because there is not a static end point of your unique expression.
It is a constantly evolving process that shift and change and become more refined as you grow and evolve as a human being.

You can think of the process of Authentic Expression as stepping into a river and moving with the water, or even becoming one with the water.
If you have ever spent some time looking at a river or the ocean you’ve probably noticed that even if it’s the same river, the same body of water, it never looks the same.
It is constantly in movement.
It is movement.
Ripples, waves, currents, spirals that dance together.
There is a sameness and a newness happing simultaneously.
Sometimes wild and fierce.
Sometimes calm and soothing.
It moves in relationship with the movement of the planets, the wind, heat, cold and so on.
The movements, the changes, are relational.
They happen in relationship with the other forces of nature.
But it’s always the same river, the same body of water.

Authentic Expresson is about being a human being.
It is relational and a process of maturity.
We could call it Transpersonal Actualization, that is that it is not solely about you showing up as you for yourself, but you showing up as you for the world.
